The Token Man Braintrust is a collective of senior male leaders who are committed to becoming truly inclusive leaders and are on a journey to becoming better allies and agents of change, creating workplaces that are inclusive, diverse, equitable and accessible.
Accelerating Change
We plan to accelerate change through a combination of education (both at an individual level and a wider organisational level), thought leadership (providing practical ways people can change and accelerate inclusion and diversity in their teams and their organisations) and collaborating with others on projects.
