Coaching

From our experience of working with business on long term I&D strategies, it is clear that the one key area that senior leaders continue to struggle with is inclusive leadership. We have consequently developed coaching programmes to help leaders develop their inclusive leadership skills with a focus on cultural intelligence, empathy and vulnerability.

These can either be through one-one coaching or through group coaching which is delivered as part of a programme that also incorporates talks and workshops.

Our long term inclusive leadership programmes are designed to give your leaders a much better understanding of the challenges faced by the out-group and helping them understand what it means to be an inclusive leader.

Every programme will be designed to provide them with the tools to create meaningful culture change so they can create a truly inclusive, equitable and diverse workplace in which everyone can thrive.
