Male Allyship Coaching Programme
About
The Male Allyship Coaching Programme is a 14 week (7 module) programme which is designed for anyone who identifies as a man and would like to become a better ally to everyone. Although focus will be on supporting women and other historically marginalised groups, we also believe that allyship should encompass also supporting other men.
Each group coaching session will last 1.5 hours but do expect some ‘homework’ between sessions.
In addition we will creating a community of male allies to support and inspire each other as well as providing ongoing inspiration and tools.

Understand more about the programme
Earlier this year we ran a panel with those who attended the first two cohorts. In this panel Daniele Fiandaca speaks to Emmanuel Afambu (Affiliate Account Director, EssenceMediacom), Ian Cunnigham (Vice President Enterprise Sales at Colt Technology Services) and Scott Jackson (Head Of Customer Experience at Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland) on why they decided to lean in, what the key barriers have been for them and what good allyship looks like.
